Evidence that can be understood later
A professional record should make clear who performed the work, what was in scope, which system state or version applied, what was observed and what remained outside the review.
Handover is a point of continuity
Useful handover connects the asset description, operating information, shutdown context, relevant records, responsible contacts and open actions. An owner's signature should not be presented as proof of technical correctness.
Corrective action needs a closure criterion
Reported complete, evidence received, reviewed and verified within scope are separate states.
