Governed versions

Methodology has several versioned parts.

PVRX keeps the material parts of an assessment basis separate and explicit. This allows controlled change without treating one formula as timeless.

Production activation is a separate decision

A draft, model or validation method cannot become authoritative merely because it exists or a synthetic test passes. Approval, scope, effective date and activation must be explicit.

Authoritative PVRX calculation is intended to be deterministic and reproducible. That principle does not validate the risk model itself; methodology validity and production release remain separate gates.

Evidence states have different meanings

ReportedA person or source made an assertion.
SuppliedA record was received; validity is not assumed.
ReviewedDefined material was considered within a stated scope.
Verified within scopeDefined evidence met defined criteria for that review.
UnknownMissing or unresolved. It is not automatically safe or unsafe.
SupersededA later record or system change affects prior relevance.

Signed does not necessarily mean verified correct. Supplied does not necessarily mean valid. A completed inspection or corrective action does not automatically establish whole-system safety.

PVRX methodology and production scoring are being developed under controlled validation and release gates. Public availability will not be presented as certification, regulatory approval or insurer acceptance unless separately established.

What PVRX does not decide

  • PVRX does not replace statutory authorities, professional inspection, certification or engineering judgement.
  • It does not automatically establish legal liability.
  • It does not make an insurer’s underwriting, policy, cover or premium decision.
  • A result cannot guarantee safety, compliance, loss prevention or a particular outcome.
