Terms structure

Scope should be visible.

This local page shows the intended structure of future website terms. It is not final legal advice or a production contract.

1. Website purpose

The final terms should describe PVRX as a public PV safety, evidence and accountability information platform with only the capabilities actually released.

2. Information limitations

Website content and any future self-reported screening do not replace competent inspection, engineering, certification, regulatory review, legal advice or an insurer's decision.

3. No automatic conclusion

A record, signature, checklist or PVRX status does not by itself prove whole-system safety, compliance, insurance acceptance or legal liability.

4. Responsible use

Visitors must not treat general content as an instruction to access roofs, open equipment, disconnect connectors or test live electrical systems.

5. Intellectual property

Final wording must identify the verified rights holder and permitted use of PVRX content, brand assets and methodology explanations without overstating protection.

6. Enquiries and future services

An enquiry is a request for discussion, not automatic acceptance, booking, price, national availability or professional engagement. Paid-service terms remain separately gated.

7. Corrections and contact

Production terms should provide a working content-correction and general contact route, applicable law/jurisdiction wording and version/effective date after legal review.

Not production wording

Legal operator, disclaimers, liability, contracting and consumer terms remain open review gates.
