What every incident-oriented item must show

  • A neutral title and clearly identified content type.
  • The event/source date, PVRX publication date and updated date.
  • Applicable geography and system context.
  • What is confirmed, what has been reported and what remains unknown.
  • Cause status: unknown, suspected, reported or established within a defined investigation.
  • Why the information may matter, without unsupported blame or liability.
  • Sources, author, technical reviewer, conflicts and correction route.
